About our Services

Lift Assist is based in Chico, California. Lift Assist was started in 2021 and is locally owned and operated. We service Butte, Glenn and Tehama and Shasta Counties, but we will travel further if needed!

Lift Assist provides rides for those in Wheelchairs or Stretchers, as well as Ambulatory riders. We provides rides to appointments including dental, medical, X-ray and labs. We also can take you for shopping/errand trips, events, family gatherings and more!

Our Wheelchair Vans are equipped with an ADA-approved mechanical wheelchair lifts and safety tie down equipment to ensure safety during boarding and transportation.

Our Sedans are easy to get in with the seats being at waist height. Comfortable seats, and a friendly driver! All vehicles are regularly inspected, and maintained. We also have a first aid kit, seat belt cutter and fire extinguisher in case of emergency.

Certified and Safe!

Our employees are CPR/AED certified with a clean background, and DMV record. We require a 5 years of driving experience and a clean drug screen before hire. All employees are trained in Defensive Driving, CPR, and wheelchair securement and safety.
